Good Morning Shannon, Oh Pete is great, he is such a beautiful dog. He has been thru beginning obedience and picked up a lot. He is very well behaved. Pete is the most loyal dog I have ever owned, he stays near me no matter where we are & when he is not on a leash. We have 3 acres and he is king of that little mountain, he loves all the kids. But he is so big...he can just walk past the kids and wag his tail & knock them down, but all the grandkids just adore him... I check your website from time to time to see new litters, you have beautiful dogs we love Pete very much... thanks, take care! Vicky (California) |
Hi Shannon, Rosie got along with the animals fine and she slept through her first night. I think she's going to be pretty easy to potty train because she follows Soozie outside and she only had one accident in the house and it was on paper. I don't know about the other puppies in the litter but I think ours is the smartest!!. We took her to the vet after work yesterday and she said she looked fine. She'll get her next shots next week. Thanks again for being so kind and we definitely will keep in touch. Sincerely, Betty (Nevada) |
Hello Shannon! Just wanted to write real quick and let you know that everything is going great. Pete arrived on time and was in good shape except being nervous which is to be expected. When I got home we slowly coaxed him outta his safe cage [shipping crate] and he started to warm up to us immediately. He is so loving and caring just like a collie should be. He started out a little shy but now you would think that he was born and raised here. My father was totally shocked and amazed when he saw Pete. He really adores him and I think Pete really likes him, just will take time to get used to someone as big as him. I will try to send some pics here soon, we have taken a ton so far and they are good. Thank you so much for everything! Pete has really been a blessing to our family. Sincerely, Jeremy (Virginia) |
Below are just a few photos and stories that we have received from our puppies' new
families. We have been thrilled with all the emails and digital photos.
We still receive many complimentary telephone calls and photographs-
Which we enjoy immensely! |

Hi Shannon, I'm sorry it has been awhile since I have talked with you, but I wanted to let you know what a wonderful pet Maggie is. She is already house broken and gets along great with my kids! She is loving the snow here and enjoys running around in our back yard! I want to thank you so much for everything. You were such a pleasure to work with and you made this such a great experience! Thanks again! Sincerely, Christine (Pennsylvania) |
It is hard to get used to a dog that doesn't gobble down his food! He just
eats a little at a time. He seems to have a fascination with paper such as
napkins and magazines. He is hilarious and so much fun! What
is he trying to say when he lifts his paw in front of you? I keep thinking
he is trying to say "Timmy fell in well!" I feel stupid that I'm not
getting it yet! (Sammy lives in Gig Harbor, WA) |

Hi Shannon, Just a quick note to let you know we are home (9:30!), and she is doing great. We love her already. She was pretty scared, but started getting relaxed when we reached Ellensburg. She kept wanting to crawl in the backseat and sit with seth in his car seat! He thought it was great. When we arrived home, she played in the backyard for about 1/2 hour, showing absolutely no sign that she hadn't already done this 100 times before. She didn't even want to explore...just play! She is crashed now, on our bed. This has been a positive experience for us, and I really appreciate your help w/all my questions. I'll keep you updated w/news and pictures, and of course, if you keep our website address, I post new pictures there every time they are developed! Cassie (Washington State) |

Hi Shannon, I just looked at your website out of curiosity and realized I should send you some new photos of Benny. We finished dog classes a few weeks ago and he really is a very smart dog and so eager to please. We are so happy to have him, he fits out lifestyle perfectly. Look how funny he is when he eats his food!!!! Our friends crack up. No one has ever seen a dog that eats lying down. Well, here he is. Good luck with the new litter. The Payne Family |

(Zoe as a puppy - LEFT and Zoe as a 7 month old puppy RIGHT) Hello Shannon! I was just thinking about sending you a little update on Zoe, and have a little story for you. My son was looking at your website the other day, and we saw the video of the new puppies, who are adorable! Zoe was sleeping nearby, and when the video came on, she heard and must have recognized your voice. She jumped up and ran over and started nuzzling me, and rooting around. It was funny. I think it took her back to her baby days, and she just recognized mom......and the siblings. It was really unique behavior for her, although she is a highly affectionate dog. I think she heard your voice and associated it with me, her other mommy. Anyway, she is a wonderful puppy, and we just adore her. I liked to read the updates on your site. There is a picture of her brother on the site, and he REALLY looks just like her. She is so smart, and has learned her boundaries and listens well to all of us. She still gets excited around guests, but we're working on that. I think someday we'll end up with one of her sisters or brothers as a playmate for her. We're so happy with her. I will never regret getting a collie. She is the best. I've included two pictures of her. She loves toward the camera as soon as I pull it out, so it's hard to get great shots that show her form, which is beautiful. She's too busy running to play. Thanks for checking in with us. I really appreciate it. Stacey (WA State) |
Dear Shannon, I have been delinquent sending you a status check on our beloved Dannan, probably because I do not have a good picture to send. Nevertheless, Dannan (AKA Matisse) is the most wonderful dog for us, and he smells good too! We moved to San Diego (temporarily) where he has so many dog-friends to play with every day, he comes home exhausted and lays on the floor. He prefers to sleep outside, as I expected, where he can guard things. He barks minimally and only appropriately. I have to tell you that at a church picnic, he let all the little boys and girls take turns “running” him around the park, all the time the leash loose. That is, he is so polite and understanding. Every kid loves him, as he loves them. The picture of him I attached is on his 6 month birthday when we were camping, so he’s dirty from playing in a pond. He eats heartily and politely. Also, no shedding, digging or annoying chewing (usually). Very smart and obedient. His coloring is so perfect. He gets so much attention for his beauty and demeanor. Everyone adores him on the beach. Wow. We really love him. Thanks for everything, Chris, Magda, Stella and Ksenia (and Dannan) |

Luke is now named Tanium which means moon in Chehalis Indian. We though that was
fitting. He loves to play with our cats. It a big cat mouse game- Poor bushes.
It is hilarious. He is doing great and has got to be the best house-training
dog we every have ever had. Paul (WA State) |

Snow (on the right) was vet checked 12/20/05 and all was excellent. He has
really adjusted to life at the farm. Hope all is well, Lori (Pennsylvania) |
Hi Shannon, Well, it is approaching our third day with Tommy. The first night Tommy impressed us by picking out his"spot" in the yard. I wasn't sure how potty training was going to go, but I guess you took care of that for us -- THANK YOU!!! Dave and I are so pleased with him. He is gentle, sweet natured, and eager to please - we really couldn't ask for anything more. Sincerely, Sonja (Alaska) |

Hi Shannon, It has been awhile. I thought you might like to see how beautifully “pookey” grew up. Besides being the most handsome, he is brilliant and so much fun. he will do anything for treats! He is amazing. We just adore him! I check your website from time to time to see the new babies. So hard to resist! Many blessings, Mari (Washington State) |

Hi Shannon, Been meaning to send you an update on Libby for sometime know. She is doing so wonderful ! Such a happy puppy. People comment at the store on how it seems like she is always smilling. We call her the ENERGIZER BUNNY at the store. Libby wears out every puppy that comes through the door. She is a very healthy 40lbs now. WOW! I'm excited about the comming litter in December. I have been thinking alot about getting Libby her own friend. It would be nice to have another one to I must confess. Libby's been geat so two would be terrific! Well I hope you like the pictures I took them mid-September. Well, take care Shannon and I'll keep watching the for the NEW LITTER! Take care, Tim Massachusetts |

Hi Shannon, I just thought we'd update you on Jasper since his first birthday just passed by. With his wonderful personality he's made an excellent family dog that has been a joy for the kids and a great companion for my wife and I. He plays gently with the kids while reserving rough-housing time for me which is great. His play level always adjusts to the size/age of the dogs he's socializing with too. Jasper enjoys rides in my Jeep with the top down and cruises on our Chris Craft boat. While he avoids actual swimming he loves playing in rivers, lakes and at the ocean. Late this summer we took him out to Moclips with the kids for 3 nights. He had great time being off-leash and did a wonderful job of herding our kids together while we running together in the surf. He also chased frisbees and other toys while we were out there and certainly enjoyed the adventure. Thanks much and Happy Thanksgiving; Kyle Washington State |

Jazz is doing great. Her training is coming along (it's been great to be off this
week). It's a little tricky for us because our kitchen (the only area with washable
floors) does not have a door to outside. So we have to carry Jazz out of
the house to do her business. She's getting the right idea, but I can tell she
is starting to ask for me to pick her up! So we'll have to break that habit once
she has a little more control. The trip to the vet went great. Everyone had been waiting to see the Collie puppy. One of the vets had a collie as a child. They'd seen collies before but never had a Collie puppy come in. Pat (WA State) |

Blake loves to go hiking! Kanette (WA State) |
Dear Shannon: So sorry it's taken me so long to learn how to operate a digital camera and take pictures of Rosie and send to you. Rosie is doing great, she's beautiful and we love her!! She is the social butterfly in her obedience class. Everyone is crazy about her. We can't thank you enough for bringing her into our lives. Doesn't she look like her dad Joey? The pictures of your new puppies look great too. Keep in touch, we love hearing from you, Love, Betty, Pat, Melissa, Soozie & Rosie (Nevada) |
